Had a blissful day in my workplace, the stress and tense filled my mind and soul, now he is in the same company with me, our conversation couldn't be more interesting than our daily routine boring job.
Deeply inhale and exhale the deadly sense from my lab, the recent familiar smell of the formaldehyde with a lil sour acetic acid vapour, attach along the various solvent filled my nostril after those funny story I heard really torturing sometimes. I mean sometimes.. Well I think I'm still capable for those pressure I suppose..
Then, met my lil brother just now, his present in the room enough to increased my blood pressure, forget about his act, his words n his presentation, his attitude really pissed me off.
Most of the time I adore the graceful patience by my old man, they really kept it under their vain and heart without showing it bit off their face. All of the accumulated burden eventually projected on their face, health and smile. Wrinkles, and more wrinkles continuously showing on their most darling faces; joint pain and blood pressure which is not within our words to describe; and the craved smile, which as a child you would know it is so hard to ignore their pain.
All of these are incomparable with what I'm having, my stress are just nothing.
I turn on a gospel radio Today In The Word by Dr Gary Chapman, pastor preach about how difference human being project themselves. The words from God is my only cure and heal. He is always my shelter and my only help. The preach calm my pumping heart, bit by bit, pulse by pulse (well I can't deny there is a drop of tear, or two). By end of the talk, I'm all fine. And again, it remind me that for Lord is my only cure, I'm so glad that I have Him in my life. And thank you Lord I'm only a sinful human who doesn't even deserved a hand, Lord not only gave me both of His hand, He gave me his Hug. Sorry I'm not strong enough to face all these drama, maybe all these while I'm just pretending I'm tough, silly me.
Went for the state singing competition for my church, it doesn't matter who won, as long as we all went there with the same heart, to worship and to glorify our heavenly Father (=
My day end with a blessed smile. Thank you Abba Father. Thank you for everything. Good night Lord. Sleep tight in heaven yea..

Allergies - Barenaked Ladies
another allergies strike, this time I'm not sure what. symptoms? rashes on my face. again? yes. maybe my face have bigger surface area. haha! it was so itch and annoying, luckily I'm still sick with mask on, half of it was covered. skilled!
come to think about if, wasn't sure if it was the tomatoes, that small kind of cutie reddish tomatoes. i ate that night before. the itch shows directly, i though it was the salt anyway. well my skin rashes allergy wasn't obnoxious type which highly chance lead to asthma, abdominal symptoms, eczema or headaches, mine was more to a physical effect.
some say, this was label as food intolerance, which can lead to the appearance of certain symptoms, but it is not life threatening and, even if the symptoms are hard to bear, they are not as bad as in an allergy. however for food allergy, among the symptoms are a swollen mouth, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, or difficult breathing and skin rash.
so what are mine? i have rashes and some swollen skin, no vomiting, diarrhea (so far), not even know if it was the tomatoes, funny~
however, this wont stop me, I'm just too stubborn and couldn't care more. i eat what i like.

Solutioneering Together - Yanmar
Finally the video has up! Ch'ng san was the key person. Really impress that he actually made it on the country of the rising sun.
Ch'ng san is a Malaysia, born here, raise here. Studied in Japan after high school then enrolled to Yanmar, one of the main leading diesel engine company in Japan. He married a Japanese and blessed with a little boy. He was the translator when our PM visited Japan. Quite a nice resume on his shoulder. I can only imagine the toughness and burden living in a foreign country.
Yanmar sponsored a number of media program station in Japan such as
- Yanbo Marbo Weather Forecast (ヤン坊マー坊天気予報, Yanbo-marbo tenki yoho)

One of the tv station decided to cintribute a discovory program dedicated for Yanmar, storying on contribution of Japan government on Republic of Mali (research done in YKRC) and also the story of Ch'ng san. The program was shown in Japan public tv station on early november.

Never Thought - Colt Ford
Sitting here on my desk, thinking on how to complete my proposal by sunday.. never ever thought of coming to this point of my life. I am 26 years old and only now im pursuing my master degree. its not that pursuing a master degree on my age is an issue for me, just that master? some more in environmental science? i know i used to dream about it those title and respect i would get, bla bla bla.. my registration forms are completed, those copies of papers are certified and closing date for the proposal, 10th Nov. Come to think about it, its becoming a reality now. i just thought that a dream will always stay dreams... creepy
Planning on proposing a biodiesel topic on its deterioration mechanism research, investigating on different feedstock characteristic and its storing condition, also planning to complete the research in a year and another year for the dissertation writing.
i dont know where i am in another 2 years. maybe we are all dead if the apocalypse are true. and that is being so looser by believing it. for me of course i wish im no longer here, in my location and position now. which mean i would be living in some other place where people can accept us for who we are. there is no plan b. just keep my finger cross my plan works.
and why the hell whenever i try to write on something i always look back and morn about it? i complaint too much, look back too much, i have to lullaby myself that my life is brilliant and perfect. im such a jerk. the only good thing i know is complaining and complaining and complaining. sick of it and look at me, complaining again. gosh.. FML.
lullaby time, im so grateful for what i have, specially the best family ever and the best ever soul mate. will always pray for them.. sincerely, i am blessed! <3

A Thought... - Enya
1) Katy perry gets her revenge on elmo by wearing it on her! Over the weekend, she was the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live." She sported a low-cut Elmo T-shirt in a skit, mocking the cancellation of her "Sesame Street" video.
3) A tv station and media from Japan came for a whole day video shooting in my company, activities include, acting, drama, posing, pretending and so on. so fake.. lol
4) My lips starting to get itch since im nack from Sg, never know the waste water recycle actually good for my skin, it actually get cured when i was there. what a shock!
5) There has been too many accident recently, people lost their life, and families in jst a blink. Im actually worried about the trip, hope he can drive safe and most importantly, be safe!
6) Condolence to cosmetic queen's families and ppl who involved. May God bless the loves one and judgement for those who deserved it. Our world is sinned!

This raise a lot of unsatisfy parties for this historical icon in Kota Kinabalu and was called to re-assess the proposed project to our Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman.
