My skin've been good in earlier years.
However that is so no true to be real.
Had effected with face ring rashes in oct, chemical contamination in nov and a new one in dec, ring worms infection directly after nov. can u see the ring?

Ok the blog is kinda dull and I'm frustrating on all the lost picture. So im going to try on some new post see if my pic really taste that good..

Old Whores Diet - Rufuswain Wright

It's day 2 for my super diet! And good news is I can lived with it yeeeeha!
Strick diet with an apple banana n a tin of tuna for a day's meal, modified by Mr F based on a lil of Dukan diet's theory & Protein Sparing Modified Fast method, where both method are focusing on high protein low carbs and low phat, and of course with a daily intake which less than 1000 calories. On top of that routine exercise are advisable. So hell yeah that is tough man!
Day 2 and already in dehydrated mode, should keep a strong mind to sustain this crazy diet. With this method one should at least lost 2-3 kg in 2-7 days, and my target, 2 is more than enough.
These banana method are not advise for a long run. Most of these strict diets usually applied as on a kick start week, then proceed on their long run whatsoever diet plan. So reminder for anyone who attempt on trying, stop immediately once you reach starvation mode please, your body doesn't deserved that yea~



Updates after a week: I've lost 3 kg wee!

I Love Her - Marques Houston

Dad went outstation today, mum was so lonely whole day. Pity her the loves one was away and suddenly her world become so empty.
Even after I came home I have to rush to a night bible class at 8pm. She ended up playing draw something on her iPad whole day.
So I decided to sleepover in her room and talk to her after my class, even tough she looks occupied with the gadget I know she wasn't lonely anymore (= love her so much xoxo

Little Egypt - Elvis Presley

Today is my 2nd class for The Book of Exodus.

 

Going through the chapter brings back some old familiar names, and here Im going to write it down so i could remember it better.

1. Abram with wife Sarai, later renamed by God to Abraham, which mean “the father of a multitude" & Sarah mean "princess', as part of a covenant from God. Sarah was barren for an unknown reason. She order her handmaid Hagar, to get pregnant for Abraham. Hagar's son named Ismael. 16 years later Sarah was blessed with a son, Issac. She gave birth to their son, Isaac, when Abraham was 100 years old. Due to some conflic between Sarah and Hagar, both Ismael and his mother were sent away by Abraham.
2. Isaac married Rebekah when he was 40 & gave birth to the first twin boys, Esau and Jacob. Isaac was 60 years old. Isaac favor Esau, Rebekah favor Jacob. Conflict happened between the twin brother for the birthright and Isaac's blessings when Jacob tricked his brother Esau. Esau sworn to kill Jacob after deceased of their father. Rebekah found out on this matter and convinced Isaac to send Jacob away to find a wife.
3. During his his journey, Jacob met Laban's younger daughter Rachel by the well and he loved her immediately. Laban agree to gave up Rachel if Jacob would work for him 7 years. When the time has come, Laban explain that in his country it was unheard of to give the younger daughter before the older, however he agreed to give Rachel in marriage as well if Jacob would take Leah, Laban's first daughter as wife, and serve him for another 7 years before his maridge to Rachel. After marrying Leah & Rachel, both wifes & their handmaids Zilpah and Bilhah gave birth to 12 children and Joseph is the first son of Jacob's love, Rachel. Rachel went into labor and died as she gave birth to her second son,Benjamin. 12 children were all born within 7 years.
4. Joseph was Rachel’s firstborn son, and loved the most by Jacob. Thus Joseph’s half brothers were jealous of him and they ridiculed him often specially when Joseph was blessed with special ability of dreaming. The jealousy of the half brothers were too strong and they ultimately sold him into slavery on a caravan headed for Egypt. Joseph's prophetically ability on dreaming lead Pharaohs trust him. He solved Pharaoh dreams for the up coming 7 years famine and prepared for the 7 years drought by storing enough foods. He was then renamed Zaphnath-Paaneah and was given Asenath, the daughter of Potipherah who was the priest of On, to be his wife. The seven year famine became so severe that toward the later period, people from all around the world come to buy food from Egypt, and which by this time, Jacod and his brothers too, eventually moved to Egypt.

The stories then begun from Egypt, when the Israelis multiply so fast and concerned the new raise Pharaoh. Then come the stories of how Moses save them from the evil tyrant and their journey back to the promised land.

March The Mad Scientist - Jethro Tull

After 11 years of a long run relationship, finally my boss is getting married. Im glad that they've mad it to the end of the vows. Thinking rationally, the social has made us so cruel and material. Out of a million couples, i doubt that many could have last more than 10years before the knot. Looking at this cute and mature couple, of cause jealousy do somehow visited me. for a while.. (=

Background
In November 1960, John F. Kennedy was elected president after a campaign that promised American superiority over the Soviet Union in the fields of space exploration and missile defense.

On April 12, 1961, Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first person to fly in space, reinforcing American fears about being left behind in a technological competition with the Soviet Union.

Once Kennedy had defined a goal, the Apollo mission planners were faced with the challenge of designing a set of flights that could meet it while minimizing risk to human life, cost, and demands on technology and astronaut skill.

Command/Service Module
The Command Module (CM) was the crew cabin, surrounded by a conical re-entry heat shield, designed to carry three astronauts from launch to lunar orbit and back to an Earth ocean splashdown. As such, it was the only component of the Apollo spacecraft to survive without major configuration changes as the program evolved from the early Apollo study designs.

Lunar Module
The Lunar Module (LM) (originally known as the Lunar Excursion Module, or LEM), was designed to fly between lunar orbit and the surface, landing two astronauts on the Moon and taking them back to the Command Module.

Unmanned missions

 

Apollo required more than six years of spacecraft and launch vehicle development and testing before the first manned missions could be flown. Test flights of the Saturn I launch vehicle began in October 1961 and lasted until September 1964. Three further Saturn I launches carried boilerplate models of the Apollo command/service module. Two pad abort tests of the launch escape system took place in 1963 and 1965 at the White Sands Missile Range. Three unmanned tests of Apollo components with the Saturn IB (Apollo-Saturn, or AS) were officially designated (in their chronological order of launch) as AS-201, AS-203, and AS-202.

The only unmanned missions to be publicly designated as "Apollo" followed by a sequence number were Apollo 4, Apollo 5 and Apollo 6.

Apollo 4
- Launched on November 9, 1967
- First unmanned test flight of the Saturn V launch vehicle, carrying a Command/Service Module (CSM).
- The mission was a highly successful one, demonstrating the capability of the Command Module's heat shield to survive a trans-lunar return reentry by using the Service Module engine to ram it into the atmosphere at higher than the usual earth-orbital reentry speed.

Apollo 5
- Launched on January 22, 1968, by a Saturn IB

- First unmanned test flight of the Lunar Module (LM) in Earth orbit

- This capability was made available, only to be used in the event of a critical problem on the Moon landing, such as running out of descent fuel, but was never needed

Apollo 6
- Launched on April 4, 1968

- Last unmanned Saturn V flight

- This mission was considered successful enough to launch men on the next Saturn V flight, since fixes for the vibration problem were identified

Manned missions
The manned missions carried three astronauts, designated as Commander (CDR), Command Module Pilot (CMP), and Lunar Module Pilot (LMP).

Apollo 7

- Launched on October 11, 1968
- First manned mission in the program, first manned launch of the Saturn IB launch vehicle and the first three-man American space mission

- 11-day Earth-orbital flight intended to test the Command Module, redesigned following the Apollo 1 fire

- Splashdown 22 October 1968

 

Apollo 8
- December 21, 1968 and May 18, 1969, NASA planned to launch three manned test / practice missions using the Saturn V launch vehicle and the complete spacecraft including the LM

- By the summer of 1968 it became clear to program managers that a fully functional LM would not be available

- Rather than waste the Saturn V on another simple Earth-orbiting mission, they chose to send the crew planned to make the second orbital LM test in Apollo 9

- Returned to Earth 27 December 1968

Apollo 15

- Launched 26 July 1971

Apollo 16

Apollo 17

- Mission commander Eugene Cernan was the last person to leave the Moon's surface.
